About the role

1. Vận hành và quản lý lớp học:

  • Trực trường theo lịch được phân công.
  • Theo dõi kỷ luật của GV và trợ giảng.
  • Đảm bảo cập nhật thông tin, quản lý học liệu, vật phẩm đầy đủ.
  • Xử lý tình huống phát sinh trong ca trực.
  • Dự giờ để đánh giá chất lượng lớp học, giáo viên và trợ giảng.
  • Tổ chức các kỳ đánh giá theo phân công.

2. Phối hợp và báo cáo:

  • Liên hệ, phối hợp với Ban Giám hiệu, giáo viên chủ nhiệm, thầy cô trong trường.
  • Tham gia họp chuyên môn, hoạt động ngoại khóa khi được phân công.
  • Thực hiện báo cáo tình hình học tập, kết quả kỳ học/năm học theo yêu cầu.

Requirements

  • Học vấn: Đã tốt nghiệp / mới tốt nghiệp các ngành Sư phạm, Ngoại ngữ hoặc chuyên ngành có liên quan khác.
  • Có kinh nghiệm gia sư/trợ giảng, ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm quản lý lớp.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, yêu thích làm việc với học sinh, tác phong nghiêm túc.
  • Năng động, trách nhiệm, có khả năng xử lý tình huống linh hoạt.
  • Cam kết đảm bảo thời gian làm việc (bán thời gian) theo lịch tại các trường được phân công trên địa bàn Hà Nội.
