Purpose

Data
Name, email, phone number, CV, message; IP address, browser, time of submission and notice version, to prevent automated submissions and as evidence of consent.
Retention
12 months from submission (24 months if you agree to the talent pool), then deleted automatically. If you are hired, the data becomes part of your employee record.
Sharing
Only IIG Vietnam’s Recruitment team and the hiring department. Data passes through Cloudflare (United States) for transport encryption and bot protection. Never sold or used for advertising.
Your rights
Access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing: email [email protected] with your application code.
